Sales Supervisor / Assistant Sales Supervisor
(KL, SELANGOR, MELAKA, JOHOR)
Job Description:
To assist the store manager/sales manager to achieve maximum store efficiency and profitability accordance with Company policy.
To assist the store manager/sales manager in the smooth running of the store by helping to create and maintain an environment which encourages the customer to purchase.
To maintain a presence on the shop floor to assist staff in problem solving and customer service
To identify staff development needs and communicate these appropriately to the store management
To plan and organize staff coverage on the shop floor in accordance with daily business trends including ensuring staff breaks are taken
To make the best use of staff by organization, delegation and motivation
To establish and maintain discipline through personal example and to communicate any issues to store management in a timely fashion
To deal with day to day problems and grievances
To motivate staff to fulfill company customer service requirements both through personal example and through individual guidance
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills
Good communication skills
Enjoy meeting people and possess the passion to serve
Young, dynamic and enthusiastic
Previous experience is a plus
Fresh graduate/Diploma holders are encouraged to apply
Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary range RM 1400-2000

Sales Assistant
(KL, SELANGOR, MELAKA, ,JOHOR)
To liase with clients in all areas of sales - client interaction is vital and sales assistants working with higher priced goods will need to provide a highly personalised approach
To meet sales targets - this aspect of the work can be demanding, often carried out in a busy and pressured environment, with sales teams frequently expected to hit their targets;
To stock, replenish and clean sales areas;
To assist with product selection;
To process payments of various kinds;
To offer advice to customers;
To arrange delivery dates for larger items;
To deal with customer complaints;
To utilise specialist product knowledge;
To monitor and update sales display areas.
Requirements:
Min. SPM / STPM
Good communication skills
Enjoy meeting people and possess the passion to serve
Young, dynamic and enthusiastic
Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary range RM 800-1200
