Thunder Match Sdn Bhd was founded by Mr. Adrian Yu in January 1997. With an authorized capital of RM 1 million and a paid-up capital of RM 1 million, the first set up retail outlet was in Imbi Plaza and had total number of 5 employees. The core business is to act as a dealer and offer a wide range of computer and communication products to the end users.

Thunder Match Technology Sdn Bhd is operated and completely owned by Thunder Match Sdn Bhd. Thunder Match Technology Sdn Bhd was incorporated in March 2001 with the objective to manage and operate a one stop computer and information technology solution provider that prioritizes on efficiency, convenience and customer experience. Thunder Match Technology (TMT) aims to offer extensive range of quality products competitively without compromise of the highest level of service to target corporate professionals, home users or even students. The company has successfully set up a service center to focus on better customer service by offering maintenance and repair to our customers.

From our humble beginning, Thunder Match Technology is rapidly expanding our coverage area by setting up more retail outlets at shopping centers with the aim of becoming the market leader in providing IT Solutions in the competitive market. With the interest of many super stores to have a partnership with TMT and the expansion of our geographical coverage, we are confident to surpass our competitors as a household name in South East Asia in the very near future with the success in Malaysia as the No. 1 IT Chain Store. The TMT team works hard to meet the needs of each customer with carefully tailored solutions and we take pride of being the market leader in Malaysia with a team of 202 employees from 5 at the very beginning. TMT has a dress code, where uniform is required for salespersons and technicians during working hours to show a corporate identity to customers at large. In line with our Mission, Vision and Culture, we have successfully provided superior customer experience through our Sales Personnel and Technical Personnel. TMT has a total of 202 Employees who directly and indirectly are involved in the day to day Sales & Marketing activities with 160 Sales Personnel who are trained and has the product knowledge to support the daily customer queries. TMT is the only IT chain store to have 4 managers which comprises of Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance, and 8 Product Specialist and Purchasing Managers.
 
     
     
 

SERVICES OFFERED

 
  To maximize the customer satisfaction, TMT strongly emphasize after sales service support to keep the customers confident in our company. Two departments have been set up, Warranty Department and Technical Department to attend to the after sales queries. The function of Warranty Department is to make sure all products sold are properly warranted to ensure its legality and originality. The Technical Department is to respond to customer enquiries, repair and maintenance of computer products through our Direct Helpdesk Support where it is provisioned for a quick fix response upfront be it Software or Hardware.
