Warranties & Returns
1. All sales are considered final. No refunds will be made.
2. Please keep your receipt for warranty claims. Claims without receipts will not be entertained.
3. All warranties are given by respective manufacturers and not by Thunder Match Technology Sdn Bhd ("Thunder Match"). Hence all warranties are subject to terms and conditions imposed by respective manufacturers.
4. All warranties commence from the date stated on the official receipt and not the date of shipment received.
5. Defective products are to be directly returned to any Thunder Match branch. Thunder Match does not currently cater for mail-in warranty claims.
6. Products which are incompatible with customers' computers but are otherwise working fine, will not enjoy any form of exchange or refunds.
7. Warranty claims within 7 days of purchase are entitled to an immediate one-to-one exchange, on condition that all packaging and included accessories are in original condition. After 7 days, all claims will be treated as normal warranty claims and may take between 2 weeks to 2 months as this is dependant on the respective manufacturer.
8. Thunder Match will absorb all delivery costs incurred in processing warranty claims to the manufacturer within 1 year of purchase, after which a small delivery fee may be incurred on a case-to-case basis, as determined by the branch in which the claim is made.
